We accept online bookings or bookings via phone call. Bookings will be confirmed once deposit payment is proceeded and confirmation email is sent from us. Reservations can be made up to 1 months in advance and up to 24 hours period to your desired dining time.
Beverages are charged on consumption and we do not accept BYO. You are welcome to arrive earlier or stay after dinner at our bar downstairs.
Cancellation & Change of bookings
We require guests to pay a deposit of ¥2500 deposit per person upon booking.
At least 72hrs notice of cancellation, reduction in numbers or change of date is required in order to avoid cancellation fee.
100% deposit is non-refundable when cancelled within 72hrs.
All seating is in one room surrounding the Teppanyaki cooking area with maximum of 14 guests per session. Please call us for booking reservations for group over 12 people. 1.5h seating time is secured for each seating. Please arrive 5 minutes prior booking time as we start serving everyone at the same time. A reduced menu may need to be served for late arrivals.
We would like to accommodate dietary requirement as much as possible with advance notice. Please make sure to inform us all requests at the time of booking. Although we strive to accommodate customers with different dietary requirements, vegetarian/vegan options are limited as our standard main course includes Wagyu beef and Shinshu Salmon.
We welcome children at our restaurant and we can prepare a children’s size portion course at 6pm seating. Indicating a child in your party will receive a children’s size portion. If your child eats adult-size servings, please indicate them as an adult. Please note that at 8pm seating, we only offer an adult course menu.
